This data processing is related to the management of registrations for the submission of abstracts to the competition.

- Date and purpose of the abstract ;

The data are transmitted by the user of the euroccn.com site who wishes to send his participation to the abstract competition.
Mandatory nature of the data collection
The form on the euroccn.com site provides for the compulsory collection of data for the proper processing of the request.
Automated decision making
The treatment does not foresee any automated decision making.
The data processing concerns persons who wish to submit an abstract for the ECCN congress on the euroccn.com website.

The following are recipients of the data:
- the members of the ECCN scientific committee ;
- the management of ADRINORD;
- The service providers assigned to the ECCN event
The data are also transmitted to subcontractors, within the framework of the execution of services related to the use of the Site.

No data is transferred outside the European Union.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Data related to the various forms on the adrinord.fr site are kept for 2 years from the time the request is processed.
