Private:

Registrations are only possible in a « first-come, first-serve basis » and the capacity of the conference room is limited to 150 people.

Cancellation of Registration 

Any cancellation must be notified in writing to Adrinord at evenements@adrinord.fr

In the event of cancellation before February 13, 2023 a refund of your registration fee minus a charge of EUR 50 for administrative proceedings will be made after the congress.

Any cancellation received after February 13, 2023 will not be accepted.

STUDENTS :

* For student registration, not older than 35 years of age on March 13, 2023, a confirmation letter (in English) incl. signature of Head of Department is required.
