Any cancellation must be notified in writing to ADRINORD at evenements@adrinord.fr

In the event of cancellation before February 13, 2023 a refund of your registration fee minus a charge of EUR 50 for administrative proceedings will be made after the congress.

Any cancellation received after February 13, 2023 will not be accepted.

For student registration, not older than 35 years of age on March 13, 2023, a confirmation letter (in English) incl. signature of Head of Department is required.
